Teepee/tipi – however you spell it, I really want one! When I see one I think about magic, adventure, cozy campfires and long chats drifting into the early hours of morning.
Sometimes I dream of running away and becoming a fortune teller. People will ride to their appointments with me, leaving their bikes on the grass outside. When they step into the frame they’ll be transported. I’ll read their palms, photograph their aura and drink mint tea with them.
In the mean time however I’ll just be content with saving images of them, and plotting how to construct one in the backyard next summer…

Swan: Yeah, I could go for a yurt. A more permanent abode…
i remember there were some silvery ones you could set up and take down. i stayed in a more traditional yurt in inner mongolia. it was kind of amazing. i don’t think i’ve ever been in a teepee.
