+ My trusty faux-bans
+ Helvetica Aa tee from American Apparel (I remembered just now I also wore this to frolic in front of Big Ben.
+ Purple cotton scarf – Glassons
+ Woolen shorts by Gorman (Australia)
+ Converse sneakers
+ Kathmandu travel satchel (perfect size for my HP Mini 1000 or an SLR and not too touristy!)

It was a brilliant spring day, and the sky wasn’t too hazy. The blossoms bursting from all the trees made it even more magical. We trekked up and down, hundreds of steps navigated. Totally worth it, a childhood dream come true!

PS. The rumours are true. You can luge down the side of the Great Wall of China. As ludicrous as it sounds, I couldn’t resist climbing back up and having a go. It was weird but fun.

Wow, I’d love to go to the Great Wall. Your dress code seems perfect for it, especially not having a big touristy bag.
Those blossom shots are so incredible…. you look like you’re having an amazing time!
oooooh, great wall envy…
What beautiful photos! Would love to see a close up of your bag, i am in desperate need of a travel / suitable for dslr bag and need serious help!
The blossoms are beautiful! I wish I were there.
You’re so brave for wearing Converse on such a long hike; my feet would be aching terribly afterward.
